I have had this happen to me too. It could be that the group admin deleted your post. In many groups, you have to pay the admin a certain amount of money to have your post appear in the group.

Well, maybe it was auto-deleted. Some groups can set up restricted keywords. Have you tried changing the post content?
Change content and post 20 different group always same problem and use another account also same problem.
