This is actually pretty easy. What you need to do is Open an account with hellotxt.com if you dont already have one. You can send status updates to like twitter, FB, myspace, and even FB pages. This does not work for groups unfortunately. But yeah, you will see a little calender icon that says schedule updates, You write your post and set the date and time you want the post to go out and It will send it to all of your Social network account that you register on Hellotxt.

Ping.fm does the same thing thing. Plus theres Facebook Blaster Pro that does wall updates/posts.

Pretty usable/viral with fanpages, saying paste this code to get link and they do it to get some link you wish them to visit.
I'm using it with combination of fbml script.
I thought we talking about autoposter of that sort.
