facebook group obtaining members AUTOMATICALLY?!!!

hey guys...check this out

i am pretty interested in this group at the moment. found several of my friends names listed in that group, and when i talked to them all of them denied ever joining it themselves. it seems it has been adding members by itself. how? that's what i wanna know

any idea what it might be doing?

That sounds like rubbish to me. If it was doing that then it would have way more then just over 1000 members.

hmmm.....maybe. but maybe it has some method of obtaining members? like for example when someone visits some page or takes some quiz they automatically become a member?

also, how do i find out when it was started?

I doubt it. The first post in the discussion board was 29 December 2008, so that is probaly a good indication of when it was started.

so i guess my friends were lying to me too ashamed to be caught in that group i suppose lol
