If I submit a link to the main page on a group page,will every member for that group see my link/post?Or is there a setting whereby they cant block it?But for the most part will my links be visible to the members for that group?

This notification can only happen in the new FB Groups.

And yes, if someone opted out for notifications in that new FB Group. They wont get the notification for that.

also depends on group size

after 250 only some get notifications
