Facebook group issue

I have a VERY large group and there is an issue in it for over 4 months.

The issue is that when I click on "block" I can't block any users, I thought maybe the problem from my account, but ALL the other admins and moderators can't as well.

What we can do to fix this issue as this group is so important to us?

I already reported this issue to them more than 10 times for the past few months (and I also made the other admins report it)
But STILL no reply from them.

Is there ANY other solution to block those spammers? Maybe a script or something like that?

They are training their AI maybe?

If FB want to answer they could have before.
Try to find someone who can make some news article about it. Spread that news all over the place.

Facebook has like really terrible support,my account gets banned like every couple logins and ask to submit foto,I just keep submitting same photo over and over and they keep approving after couple days its stupid lol.

Can you remove users rather than ban them?

Yes I can remove users, but they ALWAYS come back to spam!!

I am tired and I need to BLOCK them not just to remove them!

What is the solution in your opinion please?

Why don't you make them answer questions before joining the group?

There's also an issue about taking complete control over your group. I have a 300k group now it's gone. It's now owned by a profile wearing vendetta mask. There's no add friend, message button and the profile is private.

I believe in every platform there's always a leak. And advanced users are targeting groups that are profitable to them. They're motherf******
