Posting one at a time and interacting with a few comments in the post will limit the possibility of it being considered spam
 
Are you posting multiple pieces of content or just one? This also has a big impact on whether your post will be deleted.

This usually happens when an administrator deletes your post. Maybe your post had inappropriate content or violated group policies so it was deleted by the administrator.
 
If you post the same post in multiple groups, the admins will notice that you are spamming and delete your posts, or in the worst case, they will ban you from the groups.
 
Spam posts will be deleted by the group administrator or Facebook itself and you will be warned. Do it manually and come up with different content to attract attention.
