You should not spam too many posts in groups. Facebook's policies are now stricter.

Posting the same content to multiple groups will be considered spam and will be deleted or restricted. Posting multiple content makes it difficult to think of different content to post. If there are only 2-3 groups, it is easy to think of content, but if there are 20 groups, you will probably run out of ideas.

There are many groups where you are not allowed to post because the admin automatically deletes the post. If you want to post continuously to a group, you should work with the admin of that group. In addition, when you post in bulk, it will be scanned due to unusual posting activity

Don’t post the same content across many groups in a short time. This can trigger spam filters and lead to posts being removed.

Facebook has algorithms to prevent spam. If you post the same or similar content in multiple groups too quickly or frequently, Facebook may consider it spam and automatically hide or delete your posts.

I also often get my posts removed but that's their playground. I can only find as many groups as possible to filter which groups accept my content
