Well really depends how black hat you are after all. I mean if you have drop shipping kinda anonymous website.. friend of mine did exactly that - its not like EU go after him for sending little bit of e-mails..
I mean I have an amazon affiliate site and would like to keep it as white hat as possible besides my linkbuilding. I'm not afraid of EU per say. But I don't know if this might backlash on my seo some way?
