comes with a hefty pricetag though.

Has anyone tried LeadEnforce? I haven't tried it yet but you can link it with your FB ads manager and import custom audiences directly from it. My only concern is you need a shit ton of users to scrape and my audiences aren't big enough.

Is it possible or am I breaking any GDPR(Or something similiar) if I scrape fb groups related to my amazon niche website and build a list using mailchimp to send them news/offers and so on?

Yes it is violation of GDPR as you send e-mails to private persons, not businesses.

GDPR only applies to European countries right?
If so, is it possible to geo-target non-eu private persons when you scrape for emails or send mails through mailchimp?
I guess I could send to every .com address and skip all .se/.no/.de and so on but...

Well really depends how black hat you are after all. I mean if you have drop shipping kinda anonymous website.. friend of mine did exactly that - its not like EU go after him for sending little bit of e-mails..
