Can anyone help me getting Facebook group deleted? or any idea how can I do it. It is almost one year old group.

If its your group the only way to delete it is if there are no members and you can just leave and it will ask you if you want to delete the group, if its not your group. The only way to do it is if you keep mass posting posts that go againts their community guidelines and eventually the group will get deleted if they dont have anything set up againts it. But most groups these days are usually manual approval or doesnt allow links...etc.

Are you an admin of that group? otherwise you will not have the right to deletion

You can only delete groups, when you are an admin

Are you an admin of the group? Otherwise, you will not have the right to deleteOnly way you can try to use multiple Facebook accounts to report that group.
you can delete the group once you have that permission
