Update #7 - Research And Tweaking


Yesterday:
Yesterdays Revenue: $26
After seeing that a ton of my accounts got hit with bans/re-verifiecation, I've decided to go back to the drawing boards. It was really disappointing that i had failed so hard. I thought I'd be able to wrap my head around this method within a few hours. Its now been close to a week of full-time testing, researching, and learning. I allowed myself to feel bad all day yesterday, but today its time to accept the past, learn from my mistakes, and grow from them.



Back to The Drawing Board:
First things first, I read back over what BTB posted in his thread. I Took notes. I Didnt skim, but actually read. I've read it 2 times already, but you'd be surprised by how much you miss going through 26 pages of posts.

For anyone struggling, read the entire thread. dont skim, but read. take notes. For the lazy, i've provided a pdf of my notes from the method. but this will not give you success. you need to read the entire thread. dont be lazy.

What I realized:
There were a ton of nooby mistakes I was making and they are described below.
  • The accounts i used were not aged
  • I did not simulate normal behavior on the accounts. I simply joined groups and posted. Huge red flag.
  • The accounts were not profiled enough with likes, pictures, friends, shares, posts etc.
  • I was not mixing up the domain's as much as I should be
  • I was Jamming the content down the user's throats and was coming off as a spam user
  • I wasnt joining targeted enough groups
  • I didnt have enough Call to Actions on the website



Moving Forward:
Moving forward, I'm going to make a ton of changes. I'm going to start off slowly and make sure I'm doing this correctly. Once i see the results im looking for, I'll scale this up. I just need to formulate a better working method.

Your pdf was beyond generous. I hope others will read this thread and the pdf. This method is surefire and has been working for a while and will work for a very long while if the advice you have given is followed. I've been using this method for over a year now using a social auto poster as well on other sites as well as fb. But fb is by far the easiest to get conversions IMO. Provide interesting, helpful comments and content and people will want to know more about what you can show them and they follow your links. That's it. Once you get that down, scale it and cash in. :peace:

BTW, you said that you used shitty accounts, were they aged or fresh accounts?
If they were aged, how old were they?
I am trying to find good supplier on this but I am low in budget. Do you recommend any?

Hey! Thanks for chiming in. At this point, i'm trying to iron everything out. I get likes, shares, comments on 90% of what i post because it provides value. And thats my intention. Sure, i want them to complete an action, but i do want to provide value to the groups.

I'm just trying to figure out the best offers to promote, the perfect audience to promote said offer, and ensure i'm providing value to the groups!

1. Yeah, my rookie mistake was diving into the deep end with fresh accounts.
2. I cannot recommend you the best supplier as im trying to figure this out as well. I wish i could help you more, but my best advice is for you to test out the suppliers on this forum.
 
Why dont you Create accounts yourself.
Since you need just 10-12 thats not a big task to do. Going to create like 5 accounts for this process and will joinin the journey too

I was told by the supplier that they would re-verify the accounts that i purchased. I'm sitting here twirling my thumbs waiting to hear back from them.

In theory, I would love to have 15-20 accounts in various niches to test the waters. I'm a complete noob when it comes to fb, so the more exposure i can get to it the better.

Yeah dude, please chime in and keep me in the loop with your progress.

Over the past few days, I've learned a ton from my mistakes. Lets try this thing again.


  • Got my accounts reverified
  • Chose a brand new niche
  • Found a great CPA Offer that pays well
  • joining 2 groups/day per account
  • Hand-picked super targeted groups
  • Purchased and set up a top TLD domaini (dont use cheap tld's. people are quick to see that and not trust the site)

Next Few Steps

  • I'm currently waiting for my accounts to get accepted into groups
  • I will likely create a new website to diversify everything.
  • Manually create 10 more accounts


Once my accounts get approved to groups, I'll be posting. I'm really excited and optimistic about this attempt. Wish me luck! will report with success/failures!
 
This thread is very inspiring to me, as I am trying to get into the same thing. I have tried my hand at internet marketing now for over a year and have struggled with little success. I have been very close though.. Anyhow I hope you reach your goal, you seem very knowledgeable about what youre doing. Can I possibly PM you and ask a few questions?

It's still going to be a CPA offer. But its going to be one that provides actual value. Ex: if the group is about dogs, and the cpa offer is about dog training. I see that as helping. On the other hand, I see people promoting shit email submits that people see as spam. that doesnt provide any value and immediately kills any credibility you had in the group.

I've essentially hit the reset button and basically did "damage control". I ran into bans, people reporting my posts as spam, etc. I was promoting shitty offers, i was being too direct with my lead-ins and content, and didnt join targeted enough groups.

Just a quick little recap for everyone:

  • 11 Accounts - Live
  • 5 Accounts Suspended for 1 Month
  • 10 Accounts Waiting to be created (proxy issues...)

Since the last update, I've changed up my game plan a ton. I've learned quite a bit from my past mistakes. I'm no longer promoting email submits & im ready to dive into the deep end. I'm now:

  • Testing out a brand new niche
  • Implementing random actions on each account daily
  • Joining 1-3 groups per day (until the accounts are "warmed up")
  • Promoting a new cpa offer each day on multiple articles.
  • Laser-focusing on targeted groups. Even if the group has around 100 members, but its targeted, i'll join it.

At this point I'm extremely focused on the long-term. I'd rather take things slowly and grow over time.


As Of Today:

  • Accepted into 16 groups
  • posted 2 times per group
  • Saw 65 hits to website
  • 13 hops to offer
  • 0 Conversions

Its still way too early to judge this attempt. I need to be into like 50 groups as a minimum before i can test this completely! Because im targeting very specific groups, i was expecting less traffic.

You can try to join more than 1-3 groups / day.... I have "cold" accounts that are joining 6-8 groups per day. And works fine so far.... good luck

Let me encourage you and say right now that you are on the path to success - without failure and trial & error you won't achieve anything. Once you find that "perfect" combination of accounts/groups/offer/landing page, you are going to kill it and then it will be easier to replicate for other niches when expanding.

Sure - I would rather be safe than sorry. I ran into bans when i was running the same speeds you are.
