can someone confirm it only happen when you are posting with a link ?

what happen if you are psoting\spamming only with image+text are you safe ?

depends on the text I think, the biggest problem with the FB are the posts with the link though.
 
i have fb group . i use this to get traffic for my blog........got 200 to 300 viewers daily for my blog
 
same here, even if i do manually it happen
post on group some video
 
Happened to me to, just post slow, 1 post a day, and use original tekst, just post not fast, Wait every post min 18 hours,
