Hey guys, is there an option in demographics to target ads only to Facebook group admins? Thank you.

I am also interested in this issue. Recently demographics are getting attention because the current FB algorithm is difficult to assess accurately
 
I'd write articles about managing groups and post them on quora and reddit relevant questions and subs. Then buy upvotes.
Remarketing + lookalikes.

That way you have the initial audience that will feed fb's algo with conversions before you launch your campaign.
