Greetings,
I'm experiencing difficulties in getting admin access to the Facebook page of a business I represent. As far as I can tell, the page was created years ago, when Facebook was still allowing you to create a page, using only an e-mail & password. As far as I know, the managers before me were able to use the same exact login details to access the page (to be honest, the last activity was 18 months ago). Currently, I've figured out this shared space is the so-called "gray" profile and there is no page attached to it. In fact, there's not much you could with that Facebook, since most of the featured services are restricted and I get an error message most of the time.
Long story short, has anyone experienced the same issue and managed to resolve it or should we just create a new Facebook page, this time following the guidelines of the community itself?
