Facebook gateway using iframe

I've seen quite a few pages where they offer you something, but only after you fill out a survey (with the CPA L**d Gateway). Once you fill out the survey..well, you don't even get what you were promised.

Now, obviously CPA companies don't approve of this. How are people getting away with it though? Faking traffic from a different source?

CPA Lead is about the weakest on fraud since its all incent anyways. Of course its always better to offer what's promised, some nerds will take the time to contact and complain to your network.
