Hi. if my main funding source is paypal and and i dont have any money on paypal balance but i have on the card that is registered on paypal account, will they charge me on my card when i buy an ad?

Yes, they will at the end of the campaign I believe

I sometimes have to wait for a week and a half for them to charge me, is that weird?

Its totally normal....sometimes FB takes time to charge for ads and we make use of it ;P
