Not if you're posting stuff that the friends tagged are interested in.
Once you have a targeted friends list and interested content based by a specific keyword, the tags shouldn't be annoying.

well I never try this perhaps some time works some time don't yea also depend what content you going to tag.

Hey, why not create a group, add all ur friends to the new group, then make a post in the group then tag the group name, this automatically tags all ur friends in the group, as simple as that,
You need no app for this
