Im looking for some facebook friendly proxies that arnt banned and wont get banned. (hopefully)

What are the best options/ providers..

Best to go with private proxies - either exclusive or shared. Exclusive proxies are about $2.50 each per month, and shared proxies are under $1.00 each per month. I can help you out with shared proxies which will work fine on Facebook, but not with exclusive proxies.
