Facebook fans invite????

I want to invite all 20,000 fans of another page to become my friend, then 'suggest' my paw business page to all of my new friends. There are 20,000 Fans that I want to invite to my page.How can I do this?
Please anyone can help me with this??

MMM, maybe you can put a link in the wall of "A" page pointing to "B" page...
