Facebook fans (Geneva)

Hello everybody,
I have to increase the fan number of a page with swiss people (exactly from geneva).
For the moment I made fake profiles and used FacebookFriendAdder to find and add targeted people from groups and fan page. I also tried addmefast (I usually use it) but it is difficult get targeted people from there, because not a lot of swiss people use amf.
I looked for fans from geneva on seoclerks, but next to nothing.

Do you have any ideas to get targeted people from geneve to this fan page?
