Facebook Fans Ad Campaign

I have fan page about Cars , I like to promote my fan page and get more likes , i will pay to Facebook but i want the fans to be from US .

Would someone like to give me advice how to target or what specific locations from US to target for more likes and also for clicks on my web site after that ?
