Meta is back up and running, that's my latest update on this post. ;)
 
You make a good observation. Sometimes Facebook crashes and goes down, leaving users unable to access or use the platform's services. Don't panic if Facebook crashes. This is a common problem and is usually fixed quickly.

The fact that when FB is very unstable like right now, the best way is to have backup plan. My friend did nothing and still got banned for no reason. That's why having a backup plan is a effective way to minimize the damage from FB.
 
This outage follows a similar incident in March 2024, when over half a million users reported problems, including being logged out
