Facebook Fanpage methods

Is there a tool that displays the newest fans on OTHER fanpages?
Is there a program/website that displays the most popular (daily/month) posts on other fanpages?

If anyone can help i will trade you some other methods:

- Take ownership of a fanpage. It's fixed but you can still manage as a content creator to promote your site on other fanpages if they accept the notification.
- Comment Liker. I will give you the bot i currently use that gives you unlimited likes on any comment. Top comments can give you a good traffic or just promote other stuffs.

I'm not looking for a way to get fans or likes. I want to see who are the newest fans of a fanpage.

You'd have to somehow extract the user ID of those fan. Perharps a software like facebookdominator could do that.

My main business is on Facebook pages. My network is from about 1.5M fans, most of them from canada. Anyhow, very nice to see someone doing the same thing.

about the newest fans of other pages i doubt you can do that as facebook does not make that info available for anyone except the owner..
as for the second it could be done if you would have some serious crawlers checking pages all day long, not sure if anyone did it though, you could try finding someone to make you a personal bot that would do that only for the pages that you want to keep an eye on.
