You mean the WhatsApp loophole method? you use a regular WhatsApp number (not Business) in ad copy or CTA, and Facebook auto-approves it easier
 
It can involve using WhatsApp for ad approvals while avoiding Business Manager.

2 In some regions, Facebook lets you connect a regular number without needing Business API
 
To run Click-to-WhatsApp ads through Facebook Ads Manager, you must use a WhatsApp Business account. Campaigns are not supported with regular WhatsApp numbers because Meta requires a verified business account to ensure compliance and user trust.
 
It’s not something about business manager guys, with regular ad account it can made but I think need a specific one.
 
Interesting method I have seen it mentioned before too but never tested it myself would be great if someone shares the full steps

Normally it is difficult to get a Whatsapp account banned, I am not understanding what product you are trying to promote
 
You just use a clean number, create a regular WhatsApp account, use WhatsApp to approve ads while avoiding Business Manager.
