Facebook Fanpage - few questions

I'd like to ask you guys some questions about facebook fanpage

1. is posting in groups like 'add me guys' allowed ?
2. how many friend requests can i ACCEPT a day ?
3. If i get max 5k friends on 'private' account and then change it to fanpage then i have 5000 fanpage likes ?
4. Can you guys link me some facebook fanpage tutorials or things like that ?
5. whats the point of FIRST getting FRIENDS to private acc and then change it to fanpage ?
6. Will i have any verifications/problems on the way of getting 5k friends?

Thx for answer but i saw people getting 5k friends in like 4-7 days, it would not be problem for me to get that amount of friend requests but will my account be banned ?

When Facebook Image Verification appears ??? and is there any way to go through it ?

1-yes.but do not post same photo and text and .
2-no limitation or risk I think.I have accepted 600 friend once and no problem.

3-no.because some of them are deactive.But u must know that your followers wuold change to like too.
