Facebook Fan Pages... Worth Advertising?

Hey BHW, I just want your opinion on this:

I'm thinking about creating a very niche specific Facebook fan page and promoting it with Facebook Ads. I figure with good ads and high CTR, I should be able to get highly targeted likes at about $0.06 a piece. Also, keep in mind that these will all be likes within the United States and Canada.

I have the money to invest to get a really SOLID fan base going (200k+ likes) but I just want to know if you guys think that will be worth it. Has anyone else tried monetizing an extremely targeted and active FB fan page?

Also, I've been thinking about the facebook page landing tab...

Do you guys think it should be an email capture or a quick CPA offer.

The emails will be more valuable long term, but with a CPA offer I might be able to break even or get close to breaking even with my ad spend.

I have tried such ideas and it worked. You get quality and active fans which convert well.But you must run niche specified offers on the fanpage.

Ofcourse it's worthy, It's really important to create a proper ad that's the key. And also whom you target. FB is very specific, so you will be getting proper customers you want. be specific so that you can't loss much money.

Giving ad in fanpage is worth. While giving ad select the audience you wish to reach, create more leads with offers, use videos to generate likes. If you are clear and specific then you can save money while giving ad and will get proper response.

It's totally worth it but be careful with whom you are targeting. Facebook really is very specific and you have to make sure your ads are reaching the right people. Best of luck!

Yeah pretty much agree with everything said. Its well worth it if you have the money to do so. Though I wouldn't rely on just paying for likes. You could be mixing in various methods to earn or gain legit likes.
