Facebook fan page

I have a Facebook page that has quite a few fans/likes and am starting to look into making money from it. I am quite busy with work and decorating the house though and would like some advice on the easiest (least time consuming) ways of doing this? I have seen people selling their pages too, can anyone recommend somewhere to do this?
