I'm having the problem of people spamming comments. How can I block comments on my fanpage?

Requires you to have a Facebook Group available and be an administrator ( admin ) of the Group.
Step 1: Go to the Group Administration Tools interface > Admin Support
Step 2: Manage comments > Reject comments received if
Step 3: Click Spam Comment > Comment with certain keywords > Add
Step 4: Add keywords to block comment spam on Facebook Group.
But spammers use it to spam your group.
For example: fm, dmm, lol, fuck, xxx, 18+…
After adding keywords, you can click Save.

put profanity filter , via page settings sir.

Go to fanpage settings. They have a filter section. Put your words there

To turn off commenting on a post:
- From your Feed, click Groups in the left menu and select your group. If you can't see Groups, click See more.
- Go to the post for which you want to turn off comments.
- Click and then select Turn off commenting.
