Hello everyone. I've got a facebook fan page at the minute with 95,000 members and growing. It can't post status updates as it was denied when i tried to verify it.

THIS IS NOT A SALES THREAD!

I was just wondering, if i came to sell it someday, would it actually be worth any money at all? Or due to the fact that it can't post status updates, is it now worthless?

Its still allowed FBML so offers could be posted there etc. and it is still gaining members. I'm sure there are alot of invites out there waiting for people to accept too!

Why don't you create a website and put a fanbox on it? Won't that be enough to verify?

isnt it down to not having a fanbox on a page

I created a blog, and added the necessary needs (fan box, widget etc.)

But oh well.

Even after the blog, they still denied you? Did you try emailing support?

Its worthless and FB will probably delete the page soon


It probably wasn't approved because the name of the website wasn't very similar
if not identical to the name of the page
