Facebook Fan Page Invite System?

Hired someone on fiverr the other day for fan page invites and he needed to be the admin of my page so I asked him why and here was his response.

" need admin because the system we use requires us to have admin access before we can promote and get fans on it!"

Here's my question, does anyone know of the "system" that he's referring too?

Yes it is because since the 20th of January Facebook took off the link suggest to a friend, so now the "only" way to promote a fan page is to have admin access...
 
Ahh so they were just suggesting the page to their fans?
 
I would be interested in this too. They become admin and then?
 
Most of the Fiverr seller have a few accounts with 4-5k of friends.
Hence they need to be the Admin in order to suggest your page to their friends, unlike those days where they can do it without the Admin access.
 
I think there must be a gateway for this restriction, as we all know, facebook removes button to see all fans of any fan page, but still we can see that through

So there must be some hidden code for this, where we can invite all our friends without join as admin.

Ya admin change is not a good idea..
And more over i cant make fans even as admin
 
admin change is not a good idea at all unless it is a very trusted seller of the forum i mean some one with repo can do that and u can be assured that they wont over write you
 
Usually when fiverrs ask for admin rights they do it so they can easily invite all the accounts they own and then use a bot to auto "like" the suggested site. If someone ask you for admin info 9-10 they are adding fake "likes".
 
How am I getting suggestion sent to me? I don't see where you can invite anyone to your fan page..... I know the suggest is been gone but everyone talking about admin access and I can't figure it out
