Hello Friends,

I have created a fan page for a hollywood upcoming movie and developed it around 500likes. I used the movie name in facebook url but last week without any notification Facebook deleted my Fan page. Is there any way for me to get back my fan page

You've violated the the copyright law - no chance to get your page back, you're lucky that they've let your account ...

This is why you should create a page about a certain type/genre of movies then you can promote lots of movies without risking copyright ^^

Did you upload movies direct to Facebook page or used links to Youtube?
If first - no chance to get your page back.

Just using a name is enough to get it deleted.
