I'm considering to make some facebook fan pages and buy likes from fiverr. But I'm worried that getting so many likes in such short time can have a negative effect as facebook can ban my page or the account altogether. What is the best way to get likes without getting banned?

Facebook wont ban you but it will effect your EdgeRank and effect the reach of your page.
 
I'd be careful with promoting new pages on fiverr.
I'd refrain from buying large lots of likes until you have a more or less established presence.

well likes won't remain for longer since they are going to be fake likes so if you go with those likes there is 1 out of 10 chances are your page could get unpublished or deleted but it doesn't happen very often untill facebook think you have purchased likes or anything fishy about your page.
 
I have experienced addmefast(dot)com most like were fake and start removing day by day

If you can make a good humor niche page then it can go viral and you will get good real fans but you need to post daily and make the page active. If you buy fake fans then your fan will disappear in some days because those type of fans don't bother anything about your page.
 
So that mean if I buy a good fiverr gig and say get 500 likes in a day is that ok? also I was thinking about creating 2-3 fan pages. Would it be ideal to create them from 3 different facebook id's or from the same Id?
 
You won't get banned as long as you do not violate facebook TOS. People love to share great content. And when your Fans' friends see that great content, they too may share it — or even better, they may "Like" your page.
 
Dude plz, start page and buy fans from FB advert.

99.9% fans from addmefast or fiveer are bots.

Why you start page and cheating on yourself ?
 
Fake Likes dont get you banned likes can drop but dont worry you are not going to get banned
Effectiveness of FB fakes likes though in my opinion is none other than one scenario

so infact building likes with fake likes is big no
