Create a yahoo mail account and import your facebook friends in Contacts -> Import
After that, as you won't be able to export them with the normal option, you can do the following steps I found:
Disable javascript in your Firefox (or any other explorer you use) and go to your contacts.
Yahoo will provide you with the classic contact list method (not ajax).
Now click on printable version to take all emails in one unique page and save the html page to your computer.
You can extract your emails from that file with scrapebox or any other free tool around like:

Yeah , i Think this is great , but it doesn`t work... My friends are 100...i extract 83 emais with yahoo, but the email that i need is in this 17% that i don`t have... So please...give me some alternative!
