So Facebook disabled my account on 22th of October, and I can't be patient anymore. At facebook [ d_o_t ] c_o_m / help / 120847271330429 I have received message saying my account was disabled by possible reason of infringing or violating the rights of a third party.
So here's my story. In May 2012 I have created a page, which they say was violating the rights. Name of the page was "Pirelli F1 2012 Sucks "..Because I saw so many pages which ended on "sucks" I tought there shouldn't be nothing wrong with my name of the page then. For example there are pages like: "Facebook Timeline SUCKS".
Firstly we didn't want to insult anyone or anything, we just wanted to express our toughts and interests about current Formula 1 racing. Secondly the page was active just for 2-3 weeks then it died. I didn't have time for it, as I had other serious pages and regular website to work on. I then received a warning on Facebook about the content on that page, I said ok, it isn't active anyways, so I won't touch it. So the page had max around 200 fans and it was in-active. Then on 26th of September Facebook disabled me a feature to post/publish anything on Facebook for 1 day. I said, okay weird, well the page doesn't have profile pic, nor the timeline cover, it's not active and I won't touch it anymore. Then suddenly I was disabled on 22th of October without any explanation.
While all this was happening I totally forgot about my live hotmail e-mail, which was my email id for Facebook. I never used Hotmail for few years now, because I had it back in the days when I was younger, when using MSN. And I never checked Facebook notifications on that e-mail account. Then after searching about disabled account, I remembered about it and saw how many warnings i received on that e-mail account. I also saw that last warning, was telling me about the content which i never put on the page. Somone had to log in on my account and post it on the page.
I have researched the whole web about the case of disabled accounts.
I have emailed all possible Facebook contacts ( appeals facebook, disabled facebook, info facebook and combinations with it) and I received no response.
I told my friends about it, around 20 - 25 friends sent emails to Facebook in my subject. Nothing. My brother was regularly emaling them as well...
Then I found out ip facebook that I didn't contact. So I contacted them as well and told my story. I finnaly got a respond within few hours, saying I am no longer permitted to use facebook.
It was on 16th of November when I received their message:
I responded and explained the situation in best possible way and was nice as possible. I also told my friends to send emails to the contact which responded. Nothing.
My friend has then created a page for me "Re-enable Tadej Prezelj's account": facebook [ d_o_t ] c_o_m / ReenableTadejPrezeljsAccount
I have continued to regularly email facebook and my brother too. But nothing happened.
I really need my Facebook back, I am a creator of a page which has 14.500+ fans, and am an administrator of some page which has 3500+ fans. I have created many applications and all are disabled for those pages. I can't start all over again. I have so many friends too, and am communicating with some of my family and I need to get it back as Christmas time is aproaching very fast.
My only option left is I guess to fill the form here: facebook [ d_o_t ] c_o_m / help / contact / ?id=260749603972907 and the form to verify my name.
Will that work?
What do you suggest? Please help me! If you somehow get my facebook back enabled, I promise you will be rewarded!
