What to do now? Just make a new facebook profile and ad account?

Thanks

If are you sure that you didn't do anything wrong just talk to them on live chat and there is a big chance that you will get it back, but if you was cloaking or so, forget it and just create a new one with different credit card and so on.

They wont give any explanation, I have no clue. So i guess I will make a new account

forget the explanation, you know your self and what you did, did you do anything wrong? if yes, make a new account, if no, appeal and discuss them to reopen the ad account.

FB are bad like that. I was running ads promoting a Dropshipping site via shopify. Was doing quite well. I went to change the ad conversion point and then the account got banned.

The reason:

Apparently FB does not support that type of business.

What type of business? A successful business? A business that’s already been running ads for 3 months?

I questioned FB lodged an “appeal” but nothing came of it. I wanted to know what type of business it was they were referring too. I was already running ads for that store was getting sales, just banned outta no where. I tried all avenues to get the ad account back. FB replied once and that was it.

Completely fucked the store as FB was the main traffic source.

Bottom line:
Fuck FB go stealth get those sales, ban, go stealth get those sales, ban rinse and repeat.

Curious, what have you sold?

I have a question will I still be able to promote my page from a new ad account (page is under the same fb account as ad account)?

It is a Dropshipping business that is selling within a niche (not giving that away) Not sex related not illegal in any way shape or form 100% legit. That’s why I was perplexed and completely annoyed. No drugs nothing stupid, white hat, my only guess is they mean they do not support Dropshipping? But that’s totally incorrect as we all know.

So my guess is as good as anyone’s.

How to go stealth. Need a residential private proxy, (not sure if it actually has to be residential) download portable Firefox, chrome or safari, use proxy with said browser. Be sure to use cc cleaner or similar software before each use to remove cookies from comp. I just used another family members FB account. I’m super weary. Problem is FB ads are really good at converting so I like to use it.

Don't waste your time or energy. As above, rinse and repeat. It's not hard to setup new accounts, and indeed, a lot easier than trying to reinstate your ad account if you don't deal with account managers.

If you didn't run anything against the rules, make sure to apply for ban, if you spend decent amount, ask for refund also - they generally will give it if you are whitehat.

But yeh, other gave best explanation, forget, crate/buy new, repeat.

I‘m not curios about your niche, but it is hard to find out why without further information.
Read the policies again closely. Often it is not the product itself, but how you sell it. Promises like for instance: Do you suffering from hay fever here is the solution....
Promises or Atributions with your targeting are against fb policies too.

I would suggest you to contact Facebook support team, especially if you lost some money on ads.

Yes you will. Pages and ads account are 2 different things. First, you should ask for a review. If they don't want to restore it, you can do this :

1. Create a new facebook account and link it to your Facebook page
2. Create a new email address, add it to your PayPal account and use it as your main one
3. Go to you FB ads account, link your PayPal account using this new email address
4. You're done
