facebook disabled account

So guys as some of you know from my previous thread facebook disabled my personal account which i use for advertising i tried getting it back but no success ( fucking facebook ) my question now is i have an old account i used to use but i deactivated it, i want to reactivate it now can i use for advertisement using the same paypal i used in my previous account ?
PS: they are both in the same name
PS 2 : my personal that got disabled due to group spamming i guess not my ad account it had nothing to do with advertising at all

what can i do because my personal account is the one who got disabled not because of violating any advertising policies
