facebook didnt answer my ticket

they ask me to verfiy my id, when i ask them my id they didnt answer, like week+.
what to do?

This is actually the Facebook PPC section, not the general Facebook section. (edit: Are they asking you to verify an ID for advertising?)

If I understood you correctly, they asked you for your ID, but when you sent it to them, they didn't respond back, correct?

I found a help thread on Facebook's support site that said to do the following:

• Go to this URL and see if there's an option that says "I can't use my phone number to verify my account".
• Submit a request with your ID again.
• Wait 24 hours.

yes, they actually dont give much attention to advertiser with small budgets.
I had messaged them for like 4 weeks ago ani still no reply
