First they declined it when I tried to direct link w/o a landing page (understandable). So then I make a simple landing page with an image href to the CPA offer, yet they still declined it.

Here is their reason:

  • Please review the specific reason(s) for your ad's disapproval below. If you have further questions, we recommend reviewing our list of Common Ad Mistakes. You can also consult our Terms of Use and Advertising Guidelines for more information.
  • Advertisements for Subscription Services must comply with the conditions described in section 9 of Facebook's Advertising Guidelines and as determined by Facebook in its sole discretion. "Subscription Services" may include sites that promote downloading ringtones, games, or other entertainment services or any site that induces a user to sign up for recurring billing of a product or service. Ads for subscription services must include any hidden or recurring billing information within the ad copy (e.g. "Subscription required"). Additionally, landing pages for subscription services must fully disclose price and billing interval on the main page, and on any subsequent page where the user is prompted to enter personal information (such as telephone number) or billing information (such as a mobile phone number or credit card number). The website must also provide a prominent opt-in checkbox, that must remain unchecked, indicating that the user knowingly accepts the price and subscription service.
K. So they think I have some sort of subscription service going on? My landing page has nothing to do with that. The CPA offer is just a simple quiz. How do I get approved...

Facebook are really started to stop CPA advertisements, there is too many spam complaints

If that "quiz" is an offer mobile quiz - 9.90 per month.. or offer when customer need to send sms at the end of quiz.. u must write it in your facebook ad.. and on lp :)

You can link to offer without lp.. im using prosper to redirect on all of my campaigns and they r ok with it.

I dont think MartyS complains are about facebook media buying..but rather spamming on fanpages etc :)

Exactly. They will take some of this stuff, but they want you to spell it out in the ad.

Facebook is really cracking down nowadays.

The times are achanging.

Yes Facebook is cracking down on allot of CPA offers specially after the problems they had with max bounty and they are currently in legal litigation over this with them ...
specially trial offers ...if people complain to fB they close your account

What if...
You add some file.php with some shitty content, and after you get approved you change that content to some cpa offer.
They will recheck it?

Hm... I'm not sure if my offer requires any personal information, it's just a personality test. I can't check it myself cause its US only. If someone feels like checking it for me, I'll PM you the link.
