facebook deactivate

hey guys... ok, so theres my old friend who has just got a new facebook, decided to add me the other day so i accepted. Then he deleted me & posted a nasty status about me, so i mailed him & he kept replying on his status for all my other friends to see, & he told everyone my secrets publicly & i couldnt do anything about it, i reported them to facebook, then they removed ONE of the statu's's from 5... no matter how much people i got to report the status's! theyre still there!... he only has 100 friends, & its new, so hes not losing anything if it gets deactivated, i'll pay $40 for someone to deactivate his account & leave it at that, those status's are really stressfull that their public.
