facebook daily spend limit

Hello , I run facebook campaign ads and i see my limit is 10$ daily.
I set $ 20 as the daily limit but no more than $ 10 is spent.
I run the advertisement from my personal facebook account.
Facebook account is 2 years old and I started running facebook ads for 8 days
Can you give me an advice to increase the daily limit?

Increase daily limit to $40... then maybe you'll spend $20/per day.

It will not work. I have 2 active campaign one 16$ daily budget and another one 10$ daily budget. The maximum amount that is spent daily is 10$.

Set budget to $20 and $30.
