Recently, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the number of customers. Have other agents noticed this as well, and can anyone tell me the reason for it?

Customers today have many solutions, not only advertising on Facebook, but also many other platforms. And also partly based on advertising results, if the results are not good, no customers will stay.

I have clients who have great results, but they still leave me and I don't understand why.

Yes, several agents in my network are reporting the same trend. From my point of View the main reasons seem to be: Market slowdown– Higher interest rates + inflation reducing buyer urgency and Digital competition – More clients going direct through apps/online platforms.

Maybe due to the quality of accounts and issues being handled better by other agents, customers are always looking for other agents to experience, so we have to meet their needs.

One of my theories is that traditional dropshipping in the US is basically dead after tariffs. Many dropshippers who would hire ad agencies are leaving the market

This is the competition of agents. Buyers like us will usually care about the price and quality of the account and how you support. But when I contact those who have cheaper prices. They can not do as good as my old agents.

So you have been loyal to the old dealer

I have worked with new agents. They set very low fees, only 3%-6%. But after a short time, they ask to increase the fees because their accounts increase in value. If I work with old agents, I see that their fees are usually 4%-9%. Their way of working is very fast after I request the same account or there is an error when I use the account. I think the fee is not important. The quality of new agents is right.

If our service and account quality are still good, customers will still be there, but finding new customers is quite difficult right now.

Is the problem that the current fee is not competitive enough, message them directly to see what the real problem is. Since their results are good, there is no reason for them to leave you. I hope you can keep them

In difficult times like these, we need to find ways to send customers the best accounts, help them solve problems and provide good service quality, otherwise customers will leave.

Hi Buddy, I’ve been feelin the same lately, it’s like traffic just dropped outta nowhere. not sure if it’s algo changes, seasonality, or just market shifts but things been weird. sometimes these dips happen and bounce back, but it’s def frustrating. i’ve been testing diff offers and traffic angles to see what sticks again. hang in there, u ain’t alone in this.

New trends or changing economic conditions. Conduct surveys to find out why customers don't return. Make sure your products and services meet your customers' needs and expectations.

There have been fewer customers recently, probably because the restrictions are a bit tight this time around and many people are hesitant to try again. The market still has demand, just a bit slower.

Customers are usually concerned about price, account quality and support level. And customers will contact suppliers who have better prices and suitable quality, that is why it is always necessary to stabilize your service.
