Facebook Custom Audiences?

I haven't used the new ad manager in a while and while I was in the Power Editor I used to be able to upload a custom audience with user ID's but it looks like I am no longer able to do that. I continue to not be able to click on the "Create Audience" and also "One or more app IDs are not connected to your account."

Can anyone assist in creating a custom audience successfully?

Also I am trying to upload a TXT file with the user IDs I do have.

Too many Teespring a-holes released vids where people abused the absolute crap out of the technique. Now facebook has changed it.

If you want to know a super duper secret, then scrape UID's still then drop them into excel. In column B add @facebook.com and then in column C do =concatenate(A1,B1) and drag down until you have [email protected]. Then import the emails as a custom audience and sit back as you laugh your ass off.

*I actually just made this technique up right now to be a smartass - using my brain - so it's not tested and it might not work. Let me know if it does though, so I can abuse it and spam all the things also.

damn...

too bad i jumped off the wagon before this got popular

sucks i mean i stil have a couple thousand from my old scrapes but i only saved 2 list.

It's cool, just try what I mentioned. If not the emails fwd to the users email, so just mass spam people direct to their emails and build a list.

I think that you can still scrape them but you are unable to create a custom audience... I have my old one of 17k names but thats about it ;\
 
Ok guys you can still do custom audience lol

I don't know why everyone is flipping out?

Just scrape emails instead of IDs and import them as emails in to your custom audience.
