Facebook Custom Audience?

Hello!

I'm interested in getting targeted people from other fan pages and then advertising to them.

Does scraping pages for member id's/emails and then adding them to custom audience in facebook ads to display your ad still work?

If not, what other alternatives are there?

Would love to get some input on this.

Also looking for info on this - is there anybody out there who has been re-targeting scraped accounts succesfully with advertising?

Has anyone had any issues for breaking the T&C's?

I'm aware that the specific term is:

"You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Facebook, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission."

Can we work around it or best not to?

guys forget about scraping, cant do it anymore on fb, anyway its much better if u make simple video, fix your audience from you interest and create ad and retarget them from ppl that viewed your video
