Facebook CPC or CPM

So for my niche, the minimum bid for cpc is 1.5 which is really high and if I try to lower it down then facebook doesn't allow me to bid at all, whereas the minimum for cpm is 0.70. So I'm just wondering if I should go with CPM?

This is what i do...

I run the campaign on CPC...

then i get the metrics... like what type of people click
on the ad and at what hours(<--- this is very important too)....
after that...
I run it on CPM.... and I get better results....
but you need to play with it..

keep in mind.. good CTR for CPM is above .10%
CTR for CPM is way lower than for CPC...
