Facebook CPC algorithm messed up?!

i started a new fb cpc campaign yesterday, and ran into this problem which never happened to me before..

any one notice that no matter how much higher you bid above FB suggested bid, you just can not get any traffic?!!? what heck?!

feedback appreciated !

Have not noticed this problem. Maybe you are creating too narrow of demographic?

what is QS? quality score?!!

i didnt know fb has this QS thing.. what are critieria??

I actually let the campaign running for 10 hrs now... still getting no impressions with my rediculously high cpc bid..

from my past experience, night usually gets most traffic for US.. right ?
