Facebook Cpa and methods

I am also a newbie to facebook monetizing, but I am gonna share with you what I know anyway.
I have 5 accounts each has more than 4000 friends and I also have a fanpage that is still growing, the number is very little now (1000), but I think I will be able to drive lots of likes to it.
But, unfortunately, I am not very good at monetizing. I make less than 2$ a day using mylikes (CPC network). I tried crackrevenue, which is a good CPA network. But, I only made 2.5$ and then I couldn't drive any leads to it.
Anyway, if you are looking to use CPA networks, some of them are not allowed on facebook (like CrackRevenue) so you will have to make a landing page (using blogger, it's free). and put your CPA offer on your blog.
