Receiving will depend on the advertising account, not all accounts will receive FB credit vouchers

When you run an ad up to $30k, FB will randomly send a credit to your account. This number is decreasing, not non-existent

I've heard about refunds but I don't know about advertising discounts
 
As far as I know, currently Facebook has very few coupons and it will depend on your camp's spending, not everyone will receive that coupon.
 
Facebook got rid of this a long time ago bro. Should we hope it comes back?

I don't know about the discount, but I heard someone say they would get a refund from running ads, so I'm not sure
