Not 100% sure if this one works... just found it so thought i would share!
Apparently It only works with new ad accounts less than 15 or 14 days old..
I have an old account i activated with paypal, I created a new one with my bank card (the same bank card i use for paypal too) and it did not work.. this could be because i have used the same bank details as my paypal account, or it could be because the ad coupon does not work
If it does work please comment & i will persuade a friend to let me use their paypal details on a new account
