Facebook coupon help!

Hello Guys

I just got few facebook coupon,I tried to use it with my account but I had no luck it's to old it,I found out that has to be not more then 14days old,so I made a new one,once I got to the point to publish my advertisement the voucher payment is not coming up,the account is new and it should work properly,what should I do to add the coupon?
