Recently facebook advertising costs are very expensive, most of the advertisers on facebook have found another platform, because they are not profitable when running facebook ads, any advice?

Test cheaper channels like TikTok Ads, Pinterest, YouTube, or native ads, and focus on improving creatives and targeting to boost ROI.

FB prices are no joke now lol
Try focusing on super targeted audiences (like retargeting warm leads) or shift budget to reels where engagement’s cheaper. Also, test platforms like tiktok ads or Google Performance Max, they’re less saturated and sometimes way more profitable. And always track your ROAS like a hawk, FB’s only worth it if the numbers make sense.

facebook is getting harder, I think you should Review your goals and audience. Adjust to target more specific and high converting audiences. Create creative and attractive ad content to attract attention. Use high quality videos or images. Use daily budgets instead of lifetime budgets to easily adjust according to performance.

yes i am also seeing the cost per result is very expensive. dont know whats wrong with FB.

Facebook costs are indeed getting tougher lately. Optimizing funnel and using trusted aged ad accounts with clean history can help reduce costs significantly. Also worth testing other GEOs or verticals depending on the niche.

You can test multiple campaigns and different content variations to test first. It’s a bit expensive this time, but it can be optimized. Add a few campaigns each day to choose from.

The platforms you mentioned are very difficult to approve gambling, game campaigns....

i did as you mentioned it really worked but didnt last long after half a day the campaign was rejected.

If Facebook ads are getting too expensive, consider shifting focus to platforms with lower CPC, like TikTok, YouTube, or Reddit. Test different formats, like video or carousel ads, and try optimizing for audience engagement rather than just conversions

the best advice is to diversify. don't put all your eggs in the Facebook basket. look into other platforms

In general, Facebook advertising costs are increasing. However, you can review the content, re-evaluate the indicators to optimize the ad and make it more attractive and appealing to viewers. You can run ads on Facebook and other platforms such as Google at the same time.

That’s true, costs are up. But curious – are you optimizing for conversions or just clicks? I noticed ROAS drops hard if you don’t warm the pixel right. Maybe worth testing some cloaking or prelanders depending on the offer

Actually you can do it, it's still profitable when you can reach your audience's insight. Or at least you target to the right demographic

Yeah, lead costs are definitely higher lately. We’ve been testing different GEOs and optimizing creatives heavily - sometimes even small changes to angles or funnel structure make a noticeable difference. Worth A/B testing before giving up on the platform.

Many people, myself included are struggling with this issue, even after testing different optimized media setups.

Yes, Facebook ad costs have become noticeably higher, especially in the past year. From what I’ve seen, optimizing targeting, creatives, and placement can help control costs a bit.

Compared to last year or the beginning of this year, advertising costs have increased significantly. In my opinion, you can review the content, re-evaluate the indicators to optimize advertising, at the same time you can advertise on tiktok and google.

You're absolutely right — Facebook (Meta) ad costs have increased significantly over the last couple of years, especially with:
  • Higher competition (more advertisers bidding)
  • Privacy changes (iOS14+ limiting tracking)
  • Stricter ad policies & lower ad account trust
  • Declining organic reach

I found the things you shared on chatgpt and I don't want to apply them because it's too mechanical.
